This site exists to introduce pjerseN and to open a conversation with anyone who wants a website. We sell nothing here: there is no cart, no sign-up and no payment. These terms explain, without legalese, what to expect from this page — and what it is not.
What this site is
An introduction to pjerseN and to what we do, with two ways to reach us: the form at the end of the page and WhatsApp. Browsing and using those channels is free and creates no obligation between us.
What this site is not
Nothing written here is a commercial offer. Price, timeline and scope are deliberately absent from the site: they depend on what your project needs, and they only take effect once they are in a written proposal that you have accepted. Before that, what passed between us was a conversation.
The section texts describe how we work, not a guarantee of results. No sentence on this page promises a number of sales, a position on Google or a revenue figure.
The content is ours
The texts, the images, the pjerseN name, the monogram and the code of this site belong to pjerseN. You are welcome to read it, share the link and quote us. What you may not do is copy the content and pass it off as your own, or reuse the visual identity in another site or material.
Acceptable use
Use the form to tell us about your project. Do not use it for bulk sending, automated testing, third-party advertising or any unlawful purpose.
Submissions are rate-limited per minute and screened for bots. If you are blocked by mistake, message us on WhatsApp and we will answer just the same.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the site online and fast, but we do not promise uninterrupted service: maintenance, provider outages and the unexpected all happen. The content may also change at any time without notice — these terms included.
Links that lead elsewhere
The WhatsApp buttons take you off our site. From that point on, the rules and privacy policy of whoever operates that service apply, not ours.
Responsibility
We answer for what is under our control: the content of this page and the care taken with the message you send us. We do not answer for decisions made solely on the basis of what you read here, without a proposal and a conversation first.
Which law applies
These terms follow Brazilian law, including the Marco Civil da Internet and the LGPD. If any point is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
